United by Stories is a women’s-only book club and inclusive social club founded by Glenta — an aspiring author and book enthusiast who wanted to rebuild real connection in a post-COVID world. After years of isolation, many young people found it hard to socialise again, especially when every “third space” — the cafés, clubs, and hangout spots between home and work — became too expensive to enjoy. United by Stories was created as a warm, affordable, and welcoming space for people aged 18 and above to rediscover community through conversation, storytelling, and shared experiences. The book club celebrates women’s voices in literature, while the social club is open to everyone, offering events, meet-ups, and creative sessions that remind us how good it feels to simply belong.
